Shipping policy

*Recent Orders* We are in the process of restocking our warehouse due to inflation in orders, so delivery could potentially be 5-7 days late. We apologize for the inconvenience.

All orders are expertly packed, shipped, and prepared within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) 
NOT including weekends (Sat-Sun)

Please note: In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 3 business days. 

Your order will be delivered to your door via insured shipping with tracking number(s) provided.

We are not liable for packages damaged on arrival OR packages delivered to an incorrect address. If this occurs, please contact your local shipment provider.

Please allow 10-14 days (Free Standard Shipping) or 7-10 days (Insured Priority Shipping) for delivery. *Important* Please note that tracking codes may not update until the package has entered a shipping facility in the USA. Processing days do not count toward delivery time.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which could cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

24 hours after your order is placed, we will no longer be able to change or correct delivery information or cancel the order. You, the customer, will void any replacements or refunds if correct shipment information isn’t provided at time of order.
